Paradise Valley Designs has a process when we develop a website. We start by sitting down with our client and create a project plan. The project plan consists of a series of questions that we need to answer, so that we can design a website that meets your expectations.
We need to know who your audience is and what are they looking for.
What is the purpose of your website. Are you looking to make sales, promote a brand, or do you just want a personal website?
Do you have any special needs that you have or want addressed in your website?
Every website needs a color scheme and font style. While on the surface it may seem that you can just pick different colors and font styles throughout the development of your site, it is extremely important to have a font and color scheme that match your business, product and/or personality. Once we have the project plan created we can move on to developing your homepage. Your homepage is the first page everyone sees when they come to your website.
Because it’s their first impression, you don’t want to skimp on making your homepage look professional or fail to get your message across before the viewer moves to another site.
Many designers overwhelm the viewer with colors, pictures, sounds and moving parts. Paradise Valley Designs strives to achieve a harmonious balance between bland and overwhelming. There is a list of technical terms and theories devoted specifically to the design of a websites first page. It is the goal of Paradise Valley Designs to alleviate you from needing to know and understand these theories and terms. During the design process we are always happy to take some time to explain web design theory and page development, if you’re interested.
After creating a homepage, we then branch out and create all the remaining pages of your website.
Paradise Valley Designs will complete this process from beginning to end through a series of meetings with you. We will meet with you and identify all the aspects necessary to provide you with a professional website. During each of these meetings, we will review what has been completed and what has yet to be completed. Each phase of the process will require newly completed work to be approved and work that has yet to be completed, signed off by you before the process continues.
At the end of the process, when your website has been completed, beta tested, and approved by you, you will have a new fully functioning professional website for the world to see.
